Return & Refund Policy
At purejentaiyatki.com and our mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. General Conditions
- Refunds will be processed only after verification of the payment and product condition.
- If payment has been successfully processed and the order is eligible, a refund or replacement will be initiated accordingly.

2. Return / Refund Request
- Customers must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Requests made after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.
- No returns/refunds are applicable once the order is marked as delivered, especially for perishable or customized items (if applicable).

3. Eligibility for Return
To process your request, you must provide:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Original invoice
- Clear images of the product showing the issue

4. Valid Reasons for Return/Refund
Returns/refunds will be accepted only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product
- Missing items
- Manufacturing defect
All requests will be verified by our internal team before approval.
5. Refund Processing Time
Prepaid Orders:
- Refund will be initiated within 24–48 working hours after approval.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Refund will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI).
- Customers must provide valid bank details.
- Processing time: 7–10 working days after approval.

6. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are used, damaged by customer, or without original packaging
- Items not reported within the specified 48-hour window

7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
