1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
- To cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
- Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If your order is cancelled successfully before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- The product has already been shipped
- The product is out for delivery
- The order was placed under special offers or clearance sales (if applicable)
5. Cancellation by Purejenta Iyatki
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can also be cancelled before shipment.
- Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD services.
