Cancel Policy

At Purejenta Iyatki, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• You can cancel your order before it is shipped. 
• To cancel, please contact us immediately after placing the order. 
• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

2. Cancellation Process

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your order is cancelled successfully before shipment, a full refund will be issued. 
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. 
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method. 

4. Orders Not Eligible for Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

• The product has already been shipped 
• The product is out for delivery 
• The order was placed under special offers or clearance sales (if applicable) 

5. Cancellation by Purejenta Iyatki

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability 
• Payment issues 
• Incorrect pricing or product information 
• Suspected fraudulent activity 

In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders can also be cancelled before shipment. 
• Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in restriction of future COD services.
